
The National Senior Games, the world's largest multisport championship for people 50+, are held annually. Every year, around 10,000 athletes compete for 20 medal sports. These games are beneficial for people 50 years and older. The games will take place in Greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this year.
Athletes must be at minimum 50 years old to participate in the National Senior Games. In addition, participants must qualify through provincial competitions. Qualified athletes can register once their state has been listed on the NSGA site. NSGA also holds qualifying competitions within its member organisations during the year preceding the Games.
